As a teacher of East China University of Political Science and Law, I am honoredto write this letter to you. I once taught Miss Liu Yifu the courses of Introduction toSociology, Foreign Sociology History and Organization Sociology as well as workedas her advisor for her graduation thesis. In classroom discussions and subject study, she was always ableto put forward comprehensive and profound viewpoints of high originality, which wonthe teachers and classmates’high appreciation. Thanks to Miss Liu's four yearspainstaking study, she has laid a solid foundation in Sociology.
Moreover, Miss Liu was a curious student with lots of novel ideas. Showing greatdiscriminability in selectively learning theories based on her understanding ofthe statusquo of the society, she would often raise doubts to a specific problem and discuss itwith us teachers. Her unique thinking has been vividly and incisively demonstrated inher thesis writing. From thesis topic selection to contents layout, Miss Liu could analyzethe topic from different levels and did not let slip any details. I found gratification in her meticulousness in thinking and bravery in raising doubts.
