TMC13 codec 框架包含的内容：

 

一、This Test Model addresses the compression of point clouds：

• Category 1 (static point clouds)

• Category 3 (dynamically acquired point clouds) 

二、Point cloud positions are coded first , Attribute coding depends on the decoded geometry .

三、Positions coding methods

• Octree method for geometry encoding/decoding

• Trisoup geometry encoding/decoding

四、Attribute coding methods

• Region Adaptive Hierarchical Transform (RAHT) coding----cat1

• Interpolation-based hierarchical nearest-neighbour prediction with an update/lifting step (Lifting Transform)----cat1

• interpolation-based hierarchical nearest-neighbour prediction (Predicting Transform)----cat3
