1 介绍

RACI ：

• Responsible（谁执行）: Those who do the work to complete the task
• Accountable（谁负责，谁批准）: 

  The one ultimately answerable for the correct and thorough completion of the deliverable or task, the one who ensures the prerequisites of the task are met and who delegates the work to those responsible.

• Consulted（咨询谁）: Those whose opinions are sought, typically subject-matter experts
• Informed（告知谁）: Those who are kept up-to-date on progress
