如何在Word 图表目录中只显示部分图题或表题内容(插入表目录)

使用样式分隔符(Style Separator)来断开一个长长的图题，只在图表目录中显示前面一部分(句号前)的内容。

最简单的操作方法：Word 2010在“文件”->"段落"的“显示/隐藏编辑标记”来显示或隐藏“样式分隔符“，然后在需要断开的地方使用快捷键(Ctrl + Alt + Enter)来插入一个样式分隔符。这样在图表目录上按“F9”来更新域。这样就可以看到缩短后的图题目录。
