1.2           背景

Scrum is a popular Agile methodology of Project Management.Microsoft Project has supported Scrum project, but it need to load a scrum.dll (this file is compiled from some VB program, and we can change this program –for example add more features in Microsoft Project)This document is guide to load scrum.dll in Microsoft Project,and tell you  how to use it to make Scrum project plan.  About how to change the VB source file, that’s another story, will not mention in this file.
