__init__函数的主要作用是初始化参数:
num_layers,sizes,biases,weights,num_layers是层数,sizes是每层的大小,weights是参数矩阵,biases是bias矩阵,bias在除了输入层才有。

feedforward:
矩阵乘法+偏置,将最后的结果进行返回

SGD:
使用mini_batch进行梯度下降算法,主要功能是对于mini_batch进行一个计算,然后调用mini_batch进行参数的更新,如果有test_data还会调用evaluate来进行正确率的计算。

update_mini_batch:
参数 η 是学习率

        nabla_b = [np.zeros(b.shape) for b in self.biases]
        nabla_w = [np.zeros(w.shape) for w in self.weights]

首先nablea就是纪录更新的大小,最后更新完了统一再去增加。
其实需要nablea是因为要对于一个mini_batch的更新结果进行累加平均后再加回原来的权重上面。
本函数每一个样本是调用backprop来计算每一层的更新,然后累加到nable_中的。

backprop:
首先逐层计算z、a等参数,然后bp。

evaluate:
调用feedforward然后对于正确率进行计算。

cost_derivative:
计算最后一层的loss,只是在backprop中调用的。

sigmoid:
sigmoid函数

sigmoid_prime
sigmoid函数的倒数,在bp的时候求z的导数的时候用到。
