sudo rosdep init 出现 ERROR:Website may be down.

这个问题可以说是非常高频且难搞，在

sudo rosdep init
ERROR: cannot download default sources list from:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/rosdep/sources.list.d/20-default.list
Website may be down.

的时候，会出现以上报错，网上很多方法一顿操作猛如虎但是都不行！，直到我看到了这个方法，它适用于本地操作，同时看到了个更简单的方法，适用于在线操作！

#打开hosts文件
sudo gedit /etc/hosts
#在文件末尾添加
151.101.84.133  raw.githubusercontent.com
#保存后退出再尝试

为什么，打开/etc/ros/rosdep/sources.list.d/20-default.list,看到以下内容，

# os-specific listings first
yaml https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/rosdep/osx-homebrew.yaml osx

# generic
yaml https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/rosdep/base.yaml
yaml https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/rosdep/python.yaml
yaml https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/rosdep/ruby.yaml
gbpdistro https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros/rosdistro/master/releases/fuerte.yaml fuerte

# newer distributions (Groovy, Hydro, ...) must not be listed anymore, they are being fetched from the rosdistro index.yaml instead

之所以报错，就是因为这些链接都因为墙的存在无法访问，这个才是关键！
