cv_bridgeConfig.cmake
cv_bridge-config.cmake
Add the installation prefix of "cv_bridge" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set
"cv_bridge_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If
"cv_bridge" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has
been installed.

sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-cv-bridge

1.1找到软件和更新——>其他软件
1.2添加源
deb http://packages.ros.org/ros/ubuntu xenial main
deb http://packages.ros.org/ros-shadow-fixed/ubuntu xenial main
1.3重新输入
sudo apt-get install ros-kinetic-cv-bridge
