anchor与图片的输入分辨率有关系。
You should use this repository to get anchors: https://github.com/AlexeyAB/darknet
By using this command for Yolo v3 (or v2):
./darknet detector calc_anchors data/hand.data -num_of_clusters 9 -width 720 -height 405 -show
You can use this script only for Yolo v2 (not v3):
