直接问句及间接问句

1，直接问句：疑问词(句首) + (beV +S)/(aux +S + VR)?，WH问句

Who is that tall girl?

2，间接问句：主要子句 + 疑问词 + S + (beV)/(V)/(aux + VR)

*间接问句句尾的标点符号以主要子句为准

间接问句的形成

1，be动词：疑问词(句中) + S + beV...

what is this?

I don't know what this girl is.

who is the girl standing at the door?

Do you know who the girl standing at the door is?

where are you going with your mom?

Tell me where you are going with you mom.

2，一般动词：疑问词(句中) + S + V(注意时态的表现)

where does she lives?

Let me know where she lives.

*疑问句(句中) + S + 肯定句/否定句

when did they leave for Australia?

We'd like to know when they left for Australia?

why didn't you go to the office by bus?

Please tell me why you didn't go to the office by bus.?

3，助动词：疑问词(句中) + S + aux(can, will...) + VR

How can the little boy move the large box?

I wonder how the little boy can move the large box.

Please tell me why i must take care of the little girl.

4，疑问词(为主词) ：疑问词(句中) + beV/V/aux

what happened to you?

Will you let me know what happened to you?

who broke the antique vase?

Do you know who broke the antique vase?

Nobody knows who cheated on the exam.

特别注意的间接问句

1，含有do you think/guess/say ... 之间接问句

Who will be sent to the United States? Do you think?

Do you think who will be sent to the United States?错误，Yes/No问句，不能用Yes/No回答，需将疑问词提前

Who do you think will be sent to the United States? 

I think it will be Tom.

What time will the class begin? Do you say?

What time do you say the class will begin?

2，比较：

①Do you know what the answer is?

Yes, i do/ No, i don't.

②What do you think the answer is?

I think the answer is A.

3，名词片语：疑问词+ to V，当S、O、C

The poor girl doesn't know [ what she has to do ].

The poor girl doesn't know what to do.

Do you know (where to go)/(who to ask)/(how副 to do it)/(what to do)?

Who to bell the cat is a big problem.

*挡危险的任务，bell the cat

*名词片词：疑问词+ to V -> 当S、C(补语，beV/连缀动词之后)、O(V之后)

①当C：The problem is who to bell the cat.

②当O： We don't know who to bell the cat.

4，不含疑问词的问词(即Yes/No问句)之间接问句，须用if/whether( + S + V)是否引导

Will he buy the convertible?

I don't know if/whether he will buy the convertible?

Is it convenient for you to drive me hom?

I'd like to know if/whether it is convenient for you to drive me home.

I don't know when they will achieve the goal.我不知道他们何时能达成目标

Please tell us where to buy hand-made(p.p) shoes.
