第一课

1.times-ins,stillness,silence are important. A little introspect after learning will enhance the understanding of what you've learned.

1)first force, behaviorism, (斯金纳，B.F.Skinner；华生, John.B.Watson;), consider human entity as a collection of behaviors as a box

2)second force, psychoanalysis,(佛洛依德,Segmund Freud;荣格 Carl Jung), through sub-conscious,they found defense-mechanism, biological instincts, neurosis. understand these dark-forces will be better able to deal with life  

3)third force, humanisitic psychology, besides the two above, we think people need dignity, more freedom, find aspects and cultivate them. The problem is humanistic psy lacked the rigorous methodology. 

 

3.same infomation, different interpretation, so the transfomation is important

 

4.the David is inside me, just clipping away the excess part, imposed by outside culture's limitations or others

 

5.common sense is not common to us usurally

 

6.the information will not change the world, we need impove the ability of interpretion of these infos

 

7.our brain is changing all the time, so let's find the potential of us.

 

8.questions make difference, not asking the right questions is not only the biggest mistake in scientific research but also in out lives

 

9.the Extroordinarily successful people have two in common:

1) they believe in themselves, they think they can do well

2) they keep asking questions
