大凡投过稿件的都知道Cover letter是个啥？如果拿找工作打比方，cover letter就是你的求职信，我还记得硕士毕业那会去找工作，在学校里我发现自己就是个无关痛痒的小罗罗，我很伤心，当我去找工作时发现伤心都是没有必要的，出了校门更没有人屌，那么多毕业生，招聘人员说来来来，你们的简历都放在这里，好了，你可以走了。偶尔有几个对我表现出些许的兴趣，跟我讲：“你老公过来，你往后挪一挪。”（呵呵，又讲跑题了）

　　

　　SCI投稿就好比找工作，cover letter就是你的这份“求职信”。我个人认为，cover letter对于论文提交是个必要的麻烦事，但没有太大价值，他好，不影响你发表成功率，他坏，不影响你发表成功率。你需要担心的是，不要把它写得太坏，引起编辑反感。编辑对你论文的初步决定，取决于你的摘要，摘要写得差，编辑直接拒了，如果还能看下去，编辑会阅读全文，然后决定是否进一步提交给同行评议。（个人观点，如果错误，请批评指正！）

 

　　一、第一次投稿Cover letter：主要任务是介绍文章主要创新以及声明没有一稿多投

No conflict of interest exits in the submission of this manuscript, and manuscript is approved by all authors for publication.
