配置full_auto_read_meter pytorch 环境

所需pytorch环境

需要torch torchvision和paddle，由于调用paddleocr，paddleocr需要paddle2.0和cuda10.0或10.1或10.2

环境安装

我的电脑只有cuda10.0，首先按照官网的指示安装：
conda install pytorch torchvision
发现自动安装cuda11，吓死人了，赶紧按n，重新开了一个环境：
conda create -n full_auto_read_meter python=3.8

接着想安装cuda10.0版本的torch：
conda install pytorch==1.2.0 torchvision==0.4.0 cudatoolkit=10.0 -c pytorch
会一直retry with flexible solve，又尝试：
conda install pytorch==1.2.0 torchvision==0.4.0
仍然无资源，接着：
pip install torch==1.2.0 torchvision==0.4.0
显示ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.2.0 (from versions: 1.4.0, 1.5.0, 1.5.1, 1.6.0, 1.7.0, 1.7.1, 1.8.0, 1.8.1, 1.9.0, 1.9.1, 1.10.0, 1.10.1)
意识到可能pytorch1.2.0版本可能没有资源了，于是改安装cuda10.1下的pytorch1.4.0：
conda install pytorch==1.4.0 torchvision==0.5.0 cudatoolkit=10.1 -c pytorch

成功安装
