对点云数据拟合

ValFitting := ['cylinder','least_squares_huber','true']
拟合类型为cylinder圆柱体,拟合算法least_squares_huber
fit_primitives_object_model_3d (ObjectModel3DID, ParFitting, ValFitting, ObjectModel3DOutID)
