Boost boost_1_63_0安装 gcc4.8 & gcc5.4

下载boost安装包并解压缩
到http://www.boost.org/下载boost的安装包
tar zxvf boost_1_63_0.tar.gz
cd boost_1_63_0
设置参数
./bootstrap.sh --with-libraries=all --with-toolset=gcc
Notice：all是安装所有的库。如果不是想要安装所有的库，可以在后面指定想编译部分库，库之间用逗号分隔：
./bootstrap.sh --with-libraries=system,timer,filesystem --with-toolset=gcc

如果在gcc5.4下想用old_abi,那么需要加上：define=_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0
