报错:

ROS path [0]=/opt/ros/melodic/share/ros

ROS path [2]=/home/xujiang/catkin_practice/src
ROS path [3]=/opt/ros/melodic/share
解决:
echo "deb http://packages.ros.org/ros/ubuntu $(lsb_release -sc) main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ros-latest.list
sudo apt update
sudo apt-get install ros-melodic-joint_state_publisher_gui
报错解决!其实就是缺少什么装什么。
