塞氏盘法测水体透明度

        塞氏盘（secchi disc，SD）法是一种现场测定透明度的方法[1]，也有论文将Secchi depth缩写为SD[2-3]。

        塞氏盘为直径200mm的白铁片圆板，板面从中心平分为四个部分，黑白相间，中心穿一带铅锤的铅丝，上面系一用cm标记的细绳。

        测定时，将塞氏盘在船的背光处平放入水中，逐渐下沉，至刚好看不到盘面的白色时，记录塞氏盘深度（cm），即为水透明度的测量值，测量时反复二三次。
