Cadence license管理工具lmgrd

lmgrd : 可以获得licence server的 port@host。
lmcksum -c port@host : 相当于打开licence file。
其中：
SERVER ： hostname hostid port_id。
DAEMON: cdslmd(cadence vendor name) Daemon的路径。
FEATURE: EDA工具可以使用的feature， 版本号 数量 过期时间 等信息。
lmstat ： 用于监控licence的使用情况。
lmstat -a : 显示所有信息。
lmstat -A : 只显示活跃状态。
lmstat -a -c port@host: 显示对应host上的信息。
cadence 仿真软件在没有licence时会退出，如果在命令行上加上 "-licqueue " 会一直等待获取licence。

                               uses communications version 1.2 or earlier)
        [-help]               (prints this message)
