sudo apt install libglew-dev
如果出现E: 无法定位软件包 libjasper-dev问题,执行一下指令
sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial-security main"
sudo apt update
sudo apt install libjasper1 libjasper-dev
