各种bam文件统计质量值的软件

1.bamdst -- a BAM Depth Stat Tool  对bam文件进行统计

安装bamdst  https://github.com/shiquan/bamdst

git clone https://github.com/shiquan/bamdst.git
cd bamdst 
make

make后直接help后，查看用法，有时候可能会提示bamdst不存在，本来已经存在了，还会这样报错。把其路径加入环境变量后，就可以了。

bamdst --help    # ./bamdst --help 

使用bamdst  对bed格式目标区域的捕获统计，查看结果中的region.tsv.gz

bamdst -p region.bed -o ./result in.bam
