外贸人圣诞邮件

每到圣诞节这个时候,这是有很多小伙伴在网上搜集几个模板,然后直接把模板发给客户。

比如说:

这种模板是OK的,就像我们过年过节的时候直接简单的同亲戚朋友讲“恭喜发财”或者“过年好”一样,如果说我们对客户不太了解,只是处于给客户发开发信的一个阶段,用这样的版本是不踩雷的,我们是可以用的。

但是每年都过圣诞节,每年都这样讲,就如同我们过年的时候收到很多群发的祝福信息,点开有点味同嚼蜡,内心也是没有办法激起半点波澜。

怎样写才最走心呢? 

近几年一个词渐入大家眼帘--仪式感,我们同客户距离比较远,没有办法面对面,但是这种仪式感可以在邮件中体现。

给新客户准备的邮件:

为什么要这样写呢?

相信很多小伙伴或多或少都会遇到这样的客户: 很少聊天,只要有单,就来下单,如果没有单,平时也不联系。

这种客户其实是我们最喜欢的客户,从来都不用花太多的时间和精力,就有订单,简单直接。但是往往我们同客户的交情会相对来说比较浅。

要知道,这样的好客户也是其他竞争对手虎视眈眈的对象,如果有另外一家供应商对客户很好,产品价格和质量也合适,客户难免不会考虑去别家。

就好比一个男生,找到了一个特别听话懂事的女朋友,女生对他也没有任何要求,男生觉得很省心很舒服,但是女生内心还是渴望被重视被温暖的,如果有另外一个男生对她展开猛烈追求,而且平时也嘘寒问暖,即便女生不动摇,对比之下,内心还是会感觉少了些什么。

明白了这个道理,是不是就豁然开朗了呢?
