没有给scripts中py文件分配可执行权限可能引起的错误

执行如下指令：

rosrun helloworld helloworld_p.py

报错：

[rosrun] Couldn't find executable named helloworld_p.py below /home/dine/文档/learning_ws/src/helloworld
[rosrun] Found the following, but they're either not files,
[rosrun] or not executable:
[rosrun]   /home/dine/文档/learning_ws/src/helloworld/scripts/helloworld_p.py

原因：

如果helloworld_p.py确实存在，并且功能包cmakelist.txt中也有写入，有可能是helloworld_p.py没有可执行权限导致的。

解决：
