编译调用PCL库的程序遇到的Boost和C++及VTK里的某些定义冲突问题

今年太忙了，没什么时间写个像样的东西啊，随手记录一下遇到的问题吧。

PCL库的实现里调用了Boost库

1. Boost和C++冲突:

解决办法：把/usr/include/boost/dynamic_bitset/dynamic_bitset.hpp里所有调用 basic_streambuf<Ch, Tr>地方改成  std::basic_streambuf<Ch, Tr>

2. Boost和VTK冲突：

解决办法：把/usr/include/vtk-7.1/vtkAtomic.h里所有调用到 detail::的地方，改成 ::detail::
