仅仅一天,客户不得不先给我们几个上了一堂“如何开会”的课。汗颜……一起学习一下吧^^

- What is the objective?
- --主题是啥?
- Who is leading the meeting?
- --谁主持?
- Does everyone have the material they need? -- I.E. maps, questions, decisions.
- --材料是否已分发给每个参会人员?图谱、问题、决议事项……
- Who is taking minutes? -- Does someone have the assumptions / decisions
- --谁在记会议纪要?假定、决定……统统记下来
- Why are you here & what is your goal?
- --你来干吗的?(你的目的?)
- GO! But make sure all questions relate to objectives. AND… Options include minimal customizations!
- --OK,开始吧!但务必使所有问题都与会议主题有关(不要跑题)。并且……可选项最好十分明确,不能太延伸、发散(哦,这个不知道理解得对不对……)
