        The  globalization and technological progress are reshaping economies and societies , and these effects are being felt most right in the center of the workforce—across the individuals and families that are called the middle class. For these people, lots of traditional jobs are disappearing ,and salaries are stagnant. 

收集短语和词汇：

     2、 正改变：reshaping  （重塑=正改变）

     3、受影响最大的是处于劳动力核心的人群：...and these effects are being felt（这些影响在...被感受到=受影响的是...） most right(adv,正好) in the center of the workforce（劳动力核心）

     4、across the individuals and families :across 跟在前面的felt后面

     5、停滞：stagnant   例:Our thoughts shouldn't be stagnant and unchangeable

重要语法点：

     1、副词修饰副词 most(副词) right（副词，修饰are being felt）

     2、同位语：these effects are being felt most right in the center of the workforce —[划线部分的同位语across the individuals and families that are called the middle class]。可用破折号也可用逗号。
