ros下使用google gflags

不同ubuntu版本对应不同的gflags版本

利用sudo apt install libgflags-dev命令在不同ubuntu版本上安装的gflags的版本不同，ubuntu 16.04默认的版本为2.1，而ubuntu 18.04的版本为2.2。
2.1和2.2版本在ros下的使用区别：2.1 cmake中通过find_package找不到gflags，而2.2可以找到。

find_package(gflags REQUIRED)

所以，如果在ubuntu 16.04下建议不要用apt去安装gflags，而是从源码直接安装。

从源码安装gflags

官方git地址，下载后，

$ tar xzf gflags-$version-source.tar.gz
$ cd gflags-$version
$ mkdir build && cd build
$ ccmake ..

  - Press 'c' to configure the build system and 'e' to ignore warnings.
  - Set CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX and other CMake variables and options.
  - Continue pressing 'c' until the option 'g' is available.
  - Then press 'g' to generate the configuration files for GNU Make.

$ make
$ sudo make install (optional)

注意，根据自己的需求通过ccmake选择是编译动态库还是静态库，编译完成后，执行安装。
