HiDream-I1简介

从黑森林开源Flux-Dev文生图模型开源后，将文生图AI绘图领域推到一个全新的高度，至今仍然是最强的开源文生图DiT架构模型。今天将重点介绍一款最新的开源文生图模型：HiDream-I1。这是一个全新的开源图像生成基础模型，是由国内一家AI初创企业智象未来开源的。拥有 170 亿参数(Flux是12B参数)，能够在几秒内实现行业领先的图像生成质量。

HiDream-I1本次开源发布一共包含3个版本：HiDream-I1-Full、HiDream-I1-Dev、HiDream-I1-Fast。不同版本变体模型，所需的推理步骤也不一样，分别为：Full需要50步, Dev需要28步，Fast则需要16步。在官方给出的性能评估结果展示，这个17B的模型在大部分领域能够媲美Flux模型。

• 卓越的图像质量：模型在多种风格（包括写实、卡通、艺术等）下生成出色的结果。HiDream-I1 的 HPS v2.1 评分达到行业领先水平，与人类偏好高度一致。

• 更强的提示词遵循：在 GenEval 和 DPG 基准测试中表现优异，超越所有其他开源模型。

• 宽松的开源协议：基于 MIT 许可证发布，旨在推动科学研究和创意创新。

• 商业友好：生成的图像可免费用于个人项目、科学研究和商业应用。

目前HiDream-I1还没有详细的技术报告，但是从开源的代码和模型来看，HiDream-I1是一个基于MoE架构的DiT模型，和Flux类似，DiT包括双流MMDiT block以及单流DiT block。VAE是直接复用的Flux开源的VAE，生成方法采用Flow Matching。

注意：

• 工作流同时支持full, dev, fast多变体模型推理体验。其中HiDream-I1-Full是未进行蒸馏的完整版本，默认推理步数是50步。而HiDream-I1-Dev和HiDream-I1-Fast是蒸馏版本，推理步数分别是28和16步。

• Fast变体模型，16步推理880*1168分辨率24G仅需35秒。
