 Code, Standard, Specification三个词皆有"规范"之意，区别是：

Code通常指的是规范、法规，被政府部门采纳并具有法律效力的标准，具有普遍适用性和强制性，通常用于确保安全和合规性。

Standard则是一种公认的标准，提供要求和一套条件，使产品具有互换性并能被一致地制造出来的文件，具有行业性。

Specification专指技术方面的规范、规格、说明书、质量标准，不用于人文方面。

codes and standards可译作规范和标准，Specification可译作技术要求。
