Relationship Within Colleagues

    Some people regards me as a stingy person, and I accept that. I always think that if a person gets along with others, he/she should be polite and good-mannered.This should happends within colleagues.

Last week I felt quite awful. The story is as follows:

    All most of our project teamates went to the client's company to install our system's environment. Four of us worked in a small room. Fortunately there were enough chairs for us to sit on. After lunch as usual, when I went to the small room to have a nap, I saw something that I could hardly control myself so that I wouldn't become angry. The boy in our team slept, with his feet on my chair! I said to him,"Hey, ***, how can you do this?" He replied nothing and keep sleeping. That's the chair I sitted on!! I had no choice but to sit on another chair. In the afternoon, when I asked that boy to change chair with him, he refused. And I don't know why! If he minded his feet's smell on my chair, why he did this before? There is a saying that treat others as you want to be treated. If you have disturbed others, it is your fault then.

    What made me really angry is that my colleague, as well as my predecessor graduated from the same university, said to me,"Well, in this room he has put his feet on every chair. You may sit on one or stand to work." After hearing this, my heart chilled. From then on, I refused to admit that I have a schoolmate in our project group and I made up my decision that I have to learn more and one day I can play a more important role then him.

Maybe it is my chance to show good behavior to all the people and to my boss. The other day I read 阿朱's article and there is one sentence which impressed me very much,"If all steam go, then what's the difference your boss choosing you and another person?" In some other way, it's because of my good behavior and being active in communication, that makes my difference between the other person.
