clang format位域操作格式设置，clang 10版本的format无法支持关键BitFieldColonSpacing

由于服务器采用的clang10 版本，此版本较老，不支持关键字BitFieldColonSpacing，无法使用BitFieldColonSpacing设置位域格式.
