Blockchain is a hot topic these days. Many people know the term in field of computer science for the high rise of the price of bitcoin. It’s hard to say whether the rise of bitcoin price results in the interests of blockchain or the potential of blockchain stimulates the price of bitcoin.

Internet of Things (IoT) also gains a lot of attentions both in the academic field and industrial field. Since the smart end devices and commercial robots become more and more popular, the society of IoT is on its way to formation.

I will get my master’s degree on 03/2020, and my research aim for the remaining of this year is to explore a application scenario in IoT environment which may apply blockchain technology.

Research in the field of BIoT (Blockchain Internet of Things) is in its early phases and most works are done on or after 2018. It’s a multi research topic and I assume that more and more researchers will be attracted to it.
