jetson nano tx2 调用csi摄像头（解决摄像头蓝屏问题）

说明：

（nvarguscamerasrc ! video/x-raw(memory:NVMM), width=1280, height=720, format=NV12, framerate=30/1）

作用是配置摄像头获取的画面大小和帧数；

作用是旋转画面

作用是确保来自CSI相机的原始视频转换为BGR色彩空间。

退出

退出时最好采用在显示窗口按下esc的方式，也可用ctrl+c。
