肿瘤细胞异质性 .CSV

1. heterogeneity scores

• spatial statistics scores：量化每个表型的聚集或分散程度的分数
• graph-theoretic scores: 测量肿瘤图拓扑结构的分数
• information-theoretic scores ：量化肿瘤多样性的分数，根据存在的间期表型及其相对比例
• cell interaction scores：评估肿瘤生态系统中二重表型之间成对联系的分数

2.边的类型数+每种细胞密度（14 维）

3. 异质性指标统计情况

Score	Flavor	含义	统计情况
Richness	global	统计每个固定区域内细胞的分类数，在这里没有统计，几乎每个patch的分类数都是4	X
shannon index	golbal	所有种类细胞的信息熵之和，$H=-\sum _{i=1}^{n}p(x_i)\log p(x_i)$, $p(x_i)$表示细胞类型$x_i$的概率,图解释可参考Figure 6	已统计
shannon index	local	可统计，但得到的是单个细胞的值，现目前用不到，或者可以统计每种细胞的平均分数	未统计
Simpson index	global	$D=\sum _{i=1}^{n}p(x_i{)}^2$, 和shannon index相似	已统计
quadratic entropy	local	局部值	已统计
infiltration score	global	defined as : n u m b e r   o f   c e l l   t y p e   n e o p l
