一、初始化PWM
1、开对应功能时钟
RCC_APB1PeriphClockCmd(RCC_APB1Periph_TIM2, ENABLE);
RCC_APB2PeriphClockCmd(RCC_APB2Periph_GPIOA, ENABLE);
2、配置GPIO

3、选择时钟源、配置时基单元

5、使能计数器
