2024 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Information Processing 

第三届人工智能与智能信息处理国际学术会议（AIIIP 2024）将于2024年10月25日-27日在中国-天津举行。

新一代人工智能理论的快速发展为信息处理技术的提供了新方法，促进了智能信息处理的发展与应用。智能信息处理是信号与信息领域一个前沿、热点的具有广阔应用前景的研究领域。它以人工智能理论为基础，研究文字、图像、语音等信息的智能化处理、通信以及控制等问题。本次会议拟加强国内外相关学者之间的沟通与交流，重点关注当前智能信息处理技术所面临的困难与挑战，着力反映智能信息处理研究的最新进展，为智能信息处理的研究人员和相关企业搭建交流平台，促进和推动产学研的深度融合。

AIIIP 2024会议投稿经过2-3位组委会专家严格审核后，最终所录用的论文将被ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series) (ISBN: 979-8-4007-0730-8)出版论文集，并提交至EI Compendex, Scopus检索。目前该会议论文检索非常稳定。

主讲嘉宾

IEEE Fellow、ACM Fellow、AAAS Fellow 华云生 教授，香港中文大学	华云生教授是香港中文大學（中大）研究教授及美 國伊利諾大學厄巴納-香檳分校（UIUC）電機與電腦工程Franklin W. Woeltge榮休教授。他曾任香港中文大學常务副校长及伟伦计算器科学与工程学讲座教授。他于2013年至2019年出任香港研资局主席。二零一五年他加入创新及科技咨询委员会以研资局主席身分为当然成员。 华教授曾在新加坡担任由伊利诺伊大学成立与新加坡政府科技研究局资助的先进数码科学中心的总监，亦是伊利诺伊大学厄本那－香槟分校电机及计算器工程学系 Franklin W. Woeltge 讲座教授，以及协调科学实验室之教授。他于一九七九年在加州大学柏克莱分校取得工程学哲学博士学位。 华教授的学术及专业成就获多项国际奖誉，其中包括 IEEE-CS Technical Achievement奖（1998） ， IEEE Millennium Medal （2000） ，IEEE-CS W. Wallace-McDowell奖（2006） ， Pan Wen-Yuan Outstanding Research奖（2006） ， IEEE-CS Richard E. Merwin奖 （2007） ， IEEE-CS Tsutomu Kanai 奖（2009） ，以及由加州大学柏克莱分校颁发的计算器科学杰出校友奖（2011） 。华教授的研究范围包括大数据应用及多媒体讯号处理。2013-18年間，他擔任國家973計畫「網路大數據計算理論與應用」的首席科學家。 华教授于1996年共同创刊IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering，并在1993年和1996年之间担任该汇刊的主编。他是《電腦與教育期刊：人工智慧》(Elsevier) 的共同創辦人，目前擔任聯合 EIC 成員。 同时是Knowledge and Information Systems名誉主编。他现担任Information Sciences, International Journal on Artificial Intelligence Tools，Journal of VLSI Signal Processing及World Wide Web的编辑委员会。他曾于IEEE计算机学会担任各个职责，包括出版副主席（1998 及1999 ） 及 会长（2001 ）。2021年獲香港特別行政區政府頒發銅紫荊星章。他为电机及电子工程师学会（IEEE）、计算器器学会（ACM）及美国科学促进学会（AAAS）院士。
张晓明 教授，香港浸会大学	Yiu-ming Cheung is currently a Chair Professor (Artificial Intelligence) of the Department of Computer Science, Dean of Institute for Research and Continuing Education (IRACE), and Associate Director of Institute of Computational and Theoretical Studies in Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). He is an IEEE Fellow, AAAS Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow, and British Computer Society (BCS) Fellow. He is the awardee of RGC Senior Research Fellow with receiving a fellowship grant of HK$7.8 million over a period of 60 months. Furthermore, he has been elected as a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, and named a Chair Professor of Changjiang Scholars Program by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China for the dedication and exceptional achievements in his academic career. In addition, he is serving as the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence. His research interests include machine learning and visual computing, as well as their applications in data science, pattern recognition, multi-objective optimization, and information security. Moreover, he has been granted one Chinese patent and two US patents.
李青 教授，香港理工大学	Qing Li is currently a Chair Professor (Data Science) and the Head of the Department of Computing, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Formerly, he was the founding Director of the Multimedia software Engineering Research Centre (MERC), and a Professor at City University of Hong Kong where he worked in the Department of Computer Science from 1998 to 2018. Prior to these, he has also taught at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Australian National University (Canberra, Australia). Prof. Li served as a consultant to Microsoft Research Asia (Beijing, China), Motorola Global Computing and Telecommunications Division (Tianjin Regional Operations Center), and the Division of Information Technology, Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) in Australia. He has been an Adjunct Professor of the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and the Wuhan University, and a Guest Professor of the Hunan University (Changsha, China) where he got his BEng. degree from the Department of Computer Science in 1982. He is also a Guest Professor (Software Technology) of the Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, China) -- the leading university of the Zhejiang province where he was born. Prof. Li has been actively involved in the research community by serving as an associate editor and reviewer for technical journals, and as an organizer/co-organizer of numerous international conferences.
