红色线粒体超氧化物荧光探针(MitoSOX Red Mitochondrial Superoxide Indicator）是一种特异性靶向活细胞线粒体的新型荧光探针，具细胞膜渗透性，与核酸结合后产生很强的红色荧光，可用于特异性检测超氧化物。其最大激发/发射波长为510/580nm。
