randlanet 分割点云单文件运行 输入PCD或 kitti bin激光数据（附完整单个运行代码）

单个代码文件就可以运行randlanet 分割网络，输入可以是 bin 或者 PCD 文件，最后还有一个显示模块把显示结果加上了
