简介

日常生活活动能力表（Barthel Index，BI）用来评估患者日常生活活动能力，可用于患者治疗前后的功能恢复评价，是临床应用最广、研究最多的一种基础性日常生活活动评估方法，结果可信。主要依据患者日常实际表现，不以患者可能具有的能力判断。

结果分析

总分为100分，得分越高，独立性越好，依赖性越小。

总分≤40分为重度依赖，全部需要他人照护；

总分41-60分为中度依赖，大部分需要他人照护；

总分61-99分为轻度依赖，少部分需要他人照护；

总分100分为无需依赖，无需他人照护。
