制作学术PPT和演讲的要点

学术演讲通常需要利用PPT。下面是一些我自己总结的要点，主要有两个方面：（1）如何制作PPT；（2）如何做有趣的演讲。

一、如何制作PPT
1、PPT上需要有必要的文字提示。一方面用来提醒自己，一方面用来让观众更好地理解标书的内容。当然，随着自身知识的积累，PPT上展示的文字内容可以逐渐减少。

2、制作PPT的时候，充分利用整个屏幕（字体大小、图片大小）

3、展示一部分学术结果后，给出summary I, II，帮助观众梳理思路。

4、每张PPT都需要一个标题，概括这张PPT的内容。

1.Focus on the logic of the paper, not the figures. Try to clearly present the process that how the author came to the final conclusion. (To determine …, we did an experiment …, and the results are … and it shows that …)

2.Face the projection screen or the audience, not the computer screen. And eye contact is also very important.

3.Always concentrate on the structure of the paper and let the audience know the content you’re talking about is in which part of the whole structure.
