用Tomcat启动 spring-boot （不是用main方法）要修改的地方

1. pom 文件改成war包,要用tomcat 8 以上的版本

2. 放一个web.xml文件，idea里做相应的配置

之前在web.xml配置的，要在其他类里配置，或yml里配置

这里可以下载范例，放一个空的yml和body为空的web.xml，其他都在代码里配置
