1 parameters setting

1.1 restrict count

restrict count, do not use when the data width is fully used.

ex, the output width is 4, the maximum output value will be 4'hf when "restrict count" is deasserted, as shown in figure 1.

otherwise, the maximum output value will be 4'he when "restrcit count" is asserted.

1.2 Sync Threshold Output

the "Sync Threshold Output" can be the same value as the "maximum output value".

1.3 latency setting

The default latency is 1, the output value of adder will be 1 clocks after i_cnt_en.

The waveform is shown in figure 1.

If the latency is 2, the output value of adder will be 2 clocks after i_cnt_en.

The waveform is shown in figure 2.
