One of the reasons why ros occorred the problem 'No map received' is that the label '<broadcastTF>' which in the lable '<gazebo name="skid_steed_drive_controller">' was declared with '0',but the right anwser is '1' or 'true'.
Here is Ubuntu 16.04,and I still didn't install the pinyin to my computer,so make do with yourself,thanks. :)
