一投就中，亲身top刊投稿信（cover letter）教学模版 - 知乎 (zhihu.com)

Cover letter一般分三个部分：

开头，点名文章，投稿期刊。

中间部分，写清文章研究内容，创新点，方法与结论。（我会分成两个段落）

结尾，文章资助信息，利益冲突，表达期望。

Dear Editors-in-Chief of XXX（刊物）,

We would like to submit an original research article entitled “xxxxx”（文章名） for possible publication in xxx（刊物名）.

This research examines xxxxxx（文章研究内容）. Current literature concentrates more on xxx, our paper XXXX（引出文章创新点）

This research evaluates xxx（文章方法和得到的结果）

This work has been funded by xxxx（如有资助信息可写） and the authors declare that they have no known competing financial interests or personal relationships that could have appeared to influence the work reported in this paper.

Thank you for your consideration of this manuscript.

cover letter：投稿信，随手稿和highlights一起上传投稿系统的文件，是给期刊编辑介绍文章的敲门砖，一封精彩的投稿信会引起编辑对文章的极大兴趣，提高初审通过的概率。

投稿信主要包含这几部分内容：

1、论文标题

2、文章类型：article、review、letter、meeting abstract等

3、学术规范说明：声明没有一稿多投，声明所有作者同意投稿，这个在投稿系统提交时也会有相应的选项

4、研究发现及新颖性，适合期刊的收稿领域

5、其他要和期刊沟通的特殊情况：如利益冲突或屏蔽审稿人，没有可以不写。推荐审稿人和屏蔽审稿人可以在投稿系统填写，投稿信中可以不体现

放个模板：

Dear Editor/Dear professor xxx:

We would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled“标题”, which we wish to be considered for publication in“期刊名”. l' d like to declare on behalf of my co-authors that the work described was original research that has not been published previously, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere, in whole or in part. No conflict of interest exits in the submission of this manuscript, and all the authors listed have approved the manuscript that is enclosed.

In this work, we evaluated ...(论文研究结果). The significance：（论文新颖性）. I hope this paper is suitable for“期刊”.

The following is a list of possible reviewers for your consideration

1)姓名，邮箱

2)姓名，邮箱

Due to the conflict of interest, XXX of xxx university and XXX of xxx university are not considered as reviewers.
