CIRCOS教程翻译 2.4——order

为染色体排序，博主认为这个不是很重要，要记那么多模式，还不累死啊！还不如老老实实地直接写全比较好，当然心有余力怎么着都行，主配置文件有变化：

chromosomes_order           = hs2,hs3,hs1,hs5,hs4,hs8,hs7,hs6 绝对顺序排列，显示2，3，1，5，4，8，7，6

#chromosomes_order = hs5,hs4 相对位置显示1，2，3，6，5，4，7，8，惊讶？其实跟circos的设置有关，具体见英文教程，真心不想翻译这个。。。

#chromosomes_order = ^,hs4,|,hs1,$ 显示4，2，3，5，6，7，8，1，^定位开头，$定位结尾，|为分组（4为一组，1为一组）

#chromosomes_order = hs3,-,hs2 显示4，5，3，1，2，6，7，8，-代表下一个，理解有些困难，先是3为定位，4、5排在3前（见英文教程），然后显示3，1，2，最后按顺序来
