2. No potential conflict of interest was reported by the authors
3. This research is supported by company A and may lead to the development of products that may have been licensed by company B in which I have business and/or financial interest. I have fully disclosed these interests to Taylor and have developed an approved plan to manage any potential conflicts that may arise from such an arrangement.

All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.
