前言
这次就直接以官方训练结果为例,简单介绍一下yolov5在orin nx部署过程,记录一下。
一、配置环境
参照上一个教程,已经在orin nx上安装好torch和torchvision了,接下来配置其他环境。
git clone https://github.com/ultralytics/yolov5.git
先获取到yolov5的源码,注意此时版本应该是v7.0。之后进入到yolov5的目录下执行
pip install -r requirements.txt
去github里面yolov5里面下载对应版本,一定要对应版本的(如果是v7.0版本的yolov5那就要下v7.0版本的pt文件)
tensorrt的包是系统python3自带的,无需安装,可以在python3下import tensorrt试一下。
之后退回到上一级目录在这个网站GitHub - wang-xinyu/tensorrtx: Implementation of popular deep learning networks with TensorRT network definition API注意下载时候选择版本和之前yolov5的版本相同。
二、模型转换
将下载的模型文件复制到tensorrtx/yolov5/文件夹内执行
python3 gen_wts.py -w yolov5s.pt -o yolov5s.wts
之后可以在文件夹内得到yolov5的wts文件。
以yolov5s.wts为例执行下面代码:
mkdir build
cd build
cp [PATH-TO-ultralytics-yolov5]/yolov5s.wts .
cmake ..
make
执行后
./yolov5_det -s yolov5s.wts yolov5s.engine s
之后可以看到文件夹内会生成yolov5s.engine
到此为止yolov5的trt模型转换已经完成。下面是调用rtsp摄像头实时检测的代码(没调用gstreamer加速,有需要的可以自行百度,很简单,添加一行代码就ok)。
