高亮TODO和Dxygen注释

TODO

1. 在扩展商店里下载 “TODO Highlight”和 “TODO Tree”两个插件
2. 修改settings,json文件

3. 使用的时候 TODO后加上英文的冒号，TODO就会高亮显示

Dxygen

这个是在扩展商店里下载了Doxygen插件 就ok了
