问题

1.In Fast-Higashi, scHi-C contact maps from different chromosomes are represented as multiple
three-way tensors. Then a tensor decomposition model is utilized and generalized to simultaneously
model these 3-way tensors that share only a single dimension (single cells)。在此句话中的share a single dimension(single cells)的具体意义。
2.Fast-Higashi is able to infer critical chromatin meta-interactions that define cell types with strong connections to cell type-specific gene transcription.上述中的Meta-interaction与cell type-specific gene transcription有关,对于不同的cell type其interaction点位会变多。
优点:省去了很多的存储interaction的memory.
缺点:1.对于很多的cell type则其interaction点位也会变得巨大,其轻量级的优势会减弱2.对于meta-interaction因为测量以及其他原因，势必会造成数据的部分丢失,就可能导致某些meta-interaction的丢失,而meta-interaction相较于普通的interaction其代表的含义更大,会对模型造成的影响也更大。
