下载的kitti数据集收到的答复

昨天想下载kitti数据集里面的语义分割数据集，好不容易进了网页，后面注册就算了，还要各种回答问题，今天收到的答复看来是下不了了。

Unfortunately, your application could not be approved. Note that we cannot accept requests that do not provide a description of the method that is submitted or that do not provide a plan for publication. If you are in an early stage of your project, you like to use KITTI for a student project, an ablation study, or you like to evaluate the performance of a third party approach you have to conduct your experiments on the KITTI training set using cross-validation. For the KITTI leaderboard, we request that only one entry per paper is submitted using as little trials as possible (ideally 1 or 2) to avoid overfitting, and that a publicly accessible paper or technical report with an in-depth description about the method is published shortly after adding the method to KITTI, ideally in combination with source code. Only original and novel methods may be added to the KITTI leaderboard.

Another reason for rejection could be that we observed an unusual high and correlated large number of application requests from the same computer / IP Address which will automatically lead to rejection (also for future application requestions) due to our fraud detection system which actively detects and tracks fraud and attacks to our evaluation server.
