win10配置alphaction

环境：

win10，vs2019, anaconda,

https://github.com/MVIG-SJTU/AlphAction/blob/master/INSTALL.md

打开Anaconda Prompt，输入命令

conda create -n alphaction python=3.7
conda activate alphaction

# install pytorch with the same cuda version as in your environment

pytorch安装版本参考（我的cuda版本是10.1， nvcc --version）

# CUDA 10.1
conda install pytorch==1.7.1 torchvision==0.8.2 torchaudio==0.7.2 cudatoolkit=10.1 -c pytorch

conda install av -c conda-forge
conda install cython

git clone https://github.com/MVIG-SJTU/AlphAction.git
cd AlphAction
pip install -e .    # Other dependicies will be installed here
